You can turn the sound of the game ON or OFF while playing any Crown game. Tap the cogwheel icon to open the “Settings” menu and you will find two sound options. One controls music, the other controls sound effects. Tap them to switch sounds ON or OFF.
When these options are enabled, you can then use the volume control at the side of your device to control the volume level by clicking the volume UP and DOWN buttons.
If both sounds are turned on, but you do not hear sounds in the game, please test the sound on other apps or even media on your device, there may be a system or hardware issue.
