What can I do when I lose connection in the game?

If your device is having difficulty loading, connecting to games, disconnecting during games or you are receiving connection errors in the game, we have some steps to help.

Temporary files can cause errors or issues for your device while connecting to servers or local networks. Sometimes restarting your device can solve this.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data by opening the Settings app, then select Network & Internet of Connections. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, or turn mobile data off and turn Wi-Fi on.

Turning Airplane mode on and off can reset connections. Open your Settings app, select Network & Internet of Connections and select Airplane mode. The option may be different depending on the device. Turn Airplane mode on and wait for 15 seconds. Now turn Airplane mode off, then make sure your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is active.
